1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using TorontoPearsonCarService’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking channels. Payments are processed securely online, and full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are subject to change based on demand, vehicle availability, or additional services requested.
Any additional charges (e.g., tolls, parking fees, or waiting time) will be communicated upfront or added to the final bill.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Service Expectations

TorontoPearsonCarService is committed to providing safe, reliable, and luxurious transportation. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road closures.

Passengers are expected to adhere to vehicle rules, including no smoking, eating, or damaging the vehicle.
TorontoPearsonCarService reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who behave inappropriately or pose a safety risk.

5. Liability

TorontoPearsonCarService is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings or passengers, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff or drivers.

Passengers are responsible for securing their personal belongings during transit.
TorontoPearsonCarService is not responsible for items left in the vehicle after the service is completed.
